NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
RENTON HEARING EXAMINER

A public hearing will be held by the Renton Hearing Examiner on December 16, 2025 at 11:00 AM by means of the
Zoom Webinar to consider the following petition:
Willowcrest Phase II, LUA25-000073 The applicant is requesting combined preliminary and final PUD approval, a
master plan modification, and a binding site plan modification to construct 19 affordable townhome in 3-unit and 4-
unit building configurations at 1132 Edmonds Ave NE. Frontage and utility improvements are also proposed.
