Unless otherwise noted,the following occurred in the City of Renton, County of King, WA.
On 11-15-2025 at approximately 1216 hours I was dispatched to a collision which occurred in the 1200 block
of NE Sunset Blvd.
Both units were operational and relocated to a nearby parking lot. I did not observe any apparent damage to
unit 1, but the front license plate may have been peeled up slightly. Unit 2 had sustained minor damage which
appeared to be consistent with the impression from the screws of the front license plate of unit 1 contacting
the rear bumper of unit 2. All occupants advised that they were not injured.All occupants relayed a similar
account of the incident and advised that unit 2 was stationary in westbound lane 2 of NE Sunset Blvd when
unit 1 struck unit 2 from behind at a low rate of speed.
My observations were consistent with the information relayed to me. I am led to believe that unit 1's
inattention was the proximate cause of the collision.
The driver of unit 1, Bryan, did not have a valid driver's license but provided a valid Washington state photo
identification card. Bryan was cited for operating a motor vehicle without a valid driver's license.
