After a comprehensive review of the engineered drawings and site layout for the vault
Located at 1132 Edmonds Ave NE in Renton WA, Bravo Environmental is able to confirm
that the vault can be property and safely serviced from the existing driveway. Our
evaluation took into consideration all relevant access points, service vehicle clearance,
and the location of utility infrastructure as depicted in the provided plans.
Based on our experience and standard operating procedures, we find that the layout
allows for unobstructed access for routine maintenance and emergency servicing, without
the need for alterations to the current driveway configuration. This determination ensures
that the vault remains compliant with serviceability requirements and can be accessed in a
manner that is both efficient and consistent with industry best practices.
Should there be any changes to the site conditions or vault specifications in the future, we
recommend a follow-up assessment to ensure continued service access.
