This memo is in lieu of our standard contract template which allows for signature by both
parties.
Attached for your review and signature is Amendment No. 1 to TAG-25-005 with iStock(paid
via credit card). The purpose of this Amendment is to track the annual renewal of our iStock
subscription and extend the expiration date to 12/31/2026.
iStock provides Royalty-free stock media including photos, illustrations, vectors, videos,
and audio tracks. It is used by the Communications division.
