This memo is in lieu of our standard contract template which allows for signature by both
parties.
Attached for your review and signature Amendment No. 1 to TAG-25-030 with
Vyond/GoAnimate, Inc. (paid via credit card).
The purpose of this Amendment is to document the annual renewal of our Vyond
Professional subscriptionand to extend the expiration date through 01/10/2027.
GoAnimate, now known as Vyond, is a video production platform used by Communications
to create animated videos.
