This memo is in lieu of our standard contract template which allows for signature by both
parties.
Attached for your review and signature is Amendment No. 1 to TAG-25-041 with FlightAware
(paid via credit card). The purpose of this packet is to document the annual renewal of our
FlightAware Premium Plus subscriptionand to extend the expiration date through
12/31/2026.
FlightAware is used by the Airport to assist with flight tracking and data management.
