Hello - I am a duplex owner of a duplex on Glennwood Ave NE. The loss of parking on my street due to your recent construction of housing
units has become a knock-down drag-out as everyone tries to park their numerous cars. C of R having adopting the less parking is ok is
pure craziness and you must know that by now. These people are the Uber/Lyft/amazon delivery people in the area so they all have a car
or 2 and certainly per family have more than 1 car. As a renton citizen as well as a duplex owner City of Renton has forced my street,
Glennwood Ave NE to a dangerously narrow, busy, no parking free for all which you don't have to deal with but I do as well as the residents
on this street. Your city planning determined that they don't want cars being parked on the front lawn of the duplex's due to the parking
issue but this is the only way everyone can park. Why do continue to build with the parking constraints for these uber/lyft drivers and
wash yours hands of it like you are doing. You city planning department is nothing to be proud of. You can see how they are narrowing all
the major streets in the landing and how backed up EVERYTHING is. People are getting pissed like the no Logan apartments signs. Please
stop and reconsider what you are doing to us
