On November 25, 2025, at 1122 hours, dispatch requested I contact the victim of a recent hit and run collision
that occurred at 1905 Raymond Ave SW, in the City of Renton, County of King, and State of Washington.
*It is important to note that I am a certified Spanish speaking police officer with the city of Renton.
Upon my arrival I spoke with the reporting party, later identified as Parminderpreet Sohi (09/14/1982), and
she explained that her vehicle was door dinged by another driver. Parminderpreet stated she was in a parking
stall when Unit#1 pulled in next to her.As the driver stepped out of the vehicle,their driver's side door struck
Parminderpreet's passenger side door. Parminderpreet confronted the driver, but the driver refused to
exchange information.The driver told Parminderpreet that her vehicle was not damaged.
The driver appeared to work for Amazon as they collected boxes to drop off.The driver left the location
without providing the required documents.The driver was described as a Hispanic female in her 40's.
Parminderpreet requested criminal charges against the driver and suggested that I contact Amazon security
because they witnessed the confrontation after the door ding occurred. I spoke with Security, and they
confirmed that a confrontation between Parminderpreet and an Amazon driver occurred. Due to their policy,
they could not provide me the Amazon driver's information.
Parminderpreet was able to photograph the driver and the vehicle's license plate.
The vehicle was identified as a Toyota Corolla bearing Washington plates CNH6354.The vehicle was registered
to a female named Roxana Jauregui-Gomez (01/19/1994).After reviewing Roxana's DOL photograph, 1
confirmed Roxana was the other driver involved.
Using our law enforcement database, I was able to gather a phone number for Roxana. Upon contact, Roxana
admitted to being involved in an altercation with another driver regarding damage to a car. Roxana stated that
the damage was minor, so she believed no need for police assistance was needed. She also thought the
damage was minimal, so there was no need to exchange information. She left because she believed the other
driver was overacting.
Based on the information above, I believe Roxana violated RCW 46.52.020 attended hit and run when she
struck Parminderpreet's vehicle and left the location without providing the required documents such personal
information,vehicle information, and insurance.
This incident occurred in the sCity of Renton,King County,Washington State.

I advised Roxana of the pending criminal charge, and she admitted that she was operating her motor vehicle
without insurance. She asked if I could drop the criminal charge because her father had recently passed away
and was unaware of Washington's State law.
I issued Roxana Hit and Run Sector citation#5A0891801.The citation was submitted for Renton Prosecutor
review.
I provided both drivers with my contact and case number information.
