Officer Narrative
Narrative
The following incident occurred in the City of Renton, in the County of King in the State of
Washington.
The incident was captured on by body worn camera. The report is a summary of events that occ rred
and is not an exact sequencing of events. Statements have been paraphrased and summarized.
On 11-30-25 at approximately 1722hrs, I was dispatched to a motor vehicle accident that had occurred
on SE Carr Rd in about the 10700 block. The parties had moved to a parking lot and I contacted the
driver of vehicle 1, who was identified by a WA ID as Perez Graterol, Gregory R(12-1-75). Perez did
not speak any English and had a WA ID card. Thru Language Line I was able to determine that he did
not have a License, nor did he have any insurance. He stated he was just running out to get food and
was struck by the other vehicle.
I contacted the driver of vehicle 2, who was identified by a WA DL and provided insurance. He stated
that he was in the turn lane from eastbound Carr to turn north onto 108th when the other vehicle came
out of the Fred Meyer parking lot and crossed 2 lanes on EB travel to get into his lane. The contact
between the vehicles was made with Veh 2's right front and Veh 2's Left rear.
Vehicle 1 had a report of sale from Skyway Tow and on the vehicle was a temp Nevada license I ag:
NV-245-685 and that had expired on I1-5-25.
Perez stated he was going to call someone to pick up the vehicle.
Perez was cited for no insurance, DLWS 3rd and expired vehicle registration.
