Officer Narrative
Narrative
On 11-28-2025 at 1041 hours I was dispatched to the intersection of 108th Ave SE/SE Petrovitsky Rd, in the
City of Renton, County of King, State of Washington,for a reported collision blocking the intersection.
Upon arrival, I found two vehicles involved in a collision near the southeast corner of the intersection.
Vehicle 1 was a silver 2019 Honda Accord (WA LIC: BVM7245) and the registered owner,Ali 1.Alsaegh (DOB:
09-11-1977) was in the driver seat. I checked on Ali and he said he had some chest pain. His vehicle had
minimal damage to the front bumper/front passenger corner but it was able to be driven. I told him to pull
into the parking lot and he did so.
Ali stated he was traveling southbound on 108th Ave SE trying to turn eastbound onto SE Petrovitsky Rd. He
had the green arrow to make the left turn and as he was making the turn the other vehicle turned out in front
of him. He was unable to stop and collided with the other vehicle.
Ali was cleared medically by the Renton Fire Department, 1 gave him my business card for his records, and
explained how he needed to contact his insurance company. Ali was able to drive away on his own.
Vehicle 2 was a silver 2025 Nissan Leaf(WA LIC: CSD8409) and the registered owner, Kara D. Reynolds (DOB:
09-04-1974)was in the driver seat. I checked on Kara and she stated she was not injured but shook up. Her
vehicle had minimal damage to the front bumper/front driver corner but it was able to be driven. I told her to
pull into the parking lot and she did so.
Kara stated she was traveling northbound on 108th Ave SE trying to turn eastbound onto SE Petrovitsky Rd.
She was in the right land and had a green light so she made the right turn. While making the turn she collided
with Ali as he was making his left turn.
Kara did not need medical attention on the scene, I gave her my business card for her records, and explained
how she needed to contact her insurance company. Kara was able to drive away on her own.
The way the lights are set up in this intersection it appears that Kara would have had a green circle and Ali
would have a green arrow.
