On 11/24/2025 at approximately 1915 hours, I was dispatched to 398 Wells Ave S in the City of Renton,
County of King, State of Washington for a recent hit and run with no injuries.
I contacted unit 2 driver Paul Do (DOB 06/10/1967)who was identified by his WADL.
Paul stated that he works at the call location. He was informed by a co worker that someone had backed
into his dark blue 2025 Toyota Crown Signia (CSX3366/WA)VIN/JTDACAAJ8S3021933. Paul had parked his
Toyota on Wells Ave S Street parking. When he came out to his vehicle there was a black 2017 Toyota
Highlander(BUV9347/WA)VIN/5TDDGRFH4HS024857 (unit 1) parked in front of him.The Highlander had its
rear passenger wheel up on the curb and the rear trailer hitch had hit the front grill of Paul's Crown Signia.
The Highlander had backed into Pual's Crown Signia and parked.The damage did not appear to have
exceeded $1000.
The Highlander was registered to a NICHOLAS HONEYLION (DOB 12/22/1989), and a MONTANA LAVERNE
HONEYLION (DOB 08/02/1993).
Paul had reached out to me and advised that he had waited around that evening until the driver of the
Highlander came back. He stated Montana had provided her insurance and contact information.
I provided the case number to Paul on my business card.
The camera on the west side of the business was not working according to Paul.
This incident was captured on my body-worn camera.This report is a summary of the events that occurred
and is not an exact sequencing of events. Statements have been paraphrased and summarized
