Unless otherwise noted, all events took place in the City of Renton, in the County of King, in the State of
Washington.
This report is a summary of events that occurred and is not an exact sequencing of events.
On 12/2/2025 at approximately 0039 hours I was dispatched to a hit and run that occurred in the intersection
of East Valley Rd and SW 41st St in the city of Renton, King County, WA.
I contacted the reporting party, identified by her WADL as Khan, Intan S DOB 11/29/1979. Khan was driving a
black Nissan Rogue with WA LIC: CNK8262 which ended up in the ditch on the south side of the SB Hwy 167 on
ramp. Khan stated she was wearing her seatbelt and did not need medical assistance.
Khan informed me that she was driving east bound on SW 41st St and had a green light as she was crossing
East Valley Rd. She was driving straight ahead with the intention of entering Hwy 167 SB.As she was about to
exit the intersection, she stated a white sedan (unknown make, model, doors)went through it's red light and
hit her in the passenger side of her vehicle.This caused her to lose control of the vehicle ultimately ending
with the front end of her car in a ditch on the side of the on ramp.
Damage to Khan's vehicle appeared minimal with a piece of trim missing from the bottom of the passenger
door.
Gene Meyer towing was dispatched to assist in removing Khan's vehicle from the ditch. Khan was then able to
drive her vehicle home.
Images of the damage were uploaded to Axon.
If the driver and vehicle that hit Khan can be identified,there is probable cause to arrest them for 46.52.020
duty on striking an attended car or other property(hit and run)for running into Khan's black Nissan Rogue
with WA LIC: CNK8262 and not stopping to exchange or provide personal information.
