Please increase the right-of-way to allow road widening and sidewalks that are standard to thecommunity and don't allow these this amendment that undermine the 4-3-100 Urban Design Regulations. The lot next to it should be forced to widen the street as well and extend thesidewalk the connects to the property. Continue the sidewalks from the current neighborhood and widen the road to meet the standard 60' ROW. Don't allow or neighborhood to be developed without proper pedestriantransportation in mind.
