Narrative
ASSIGNMENT/ARRIVAL
On 12/3/2025 at approximately 1001 hours, I was dispatched to a hit and run collision that
occurred in the parking lot of Target, 1215 N Landing Way in the city of Renton, King County,
Washington.
I arrived at approximately 1006 hours.
VICTIM CONTACT: PIOOUINTO.JONATHAN C.
I contacted the victim and reporting party, Jonathan C. Pioquinto (DOB: 12/22/1985), in the
parking lot of Target.The following is a summary of our conversation:
Pioquinto directed my attention his vehicle, a black 2022 Toyota Camry(WA/ BTS1023), that
was legally parked in a marked parking stall north of Target. The Toyota had scrapes and
scratches in the paint of the rear driver door near the bottom. The damage appeared fresh.
Pioquinto said someone collided with his vehicle while it was parked and he was in the store.
Pioquinto said he was inside the store between 0830 and 0930 hours. The Toyota was
unattended during the collision. No one contacted Pioquinto about the damage and no note was
Left.
Pioquinto had no further information.
DISPOSITION
There is no suspect information.
This concluded my involvement in this case.
This incident occurred in the sCity of Renton,King County,Washington State.
