This memo is in lieu of our standard contract template which allows for signature by both
parties.
Attached for your review and signature is Amendment No. 1 to TAG-25-026. The purpose of
this Amendment is to document the annual renewal of our Whitepages subscription. The
current renewal term is 01/01/2026 -12/31 /2026.
White pages is a service used by CED to research names and contact information of
property owners for active code cases.
