Narrative
Unless otherwise noted, all events took place in the City of Renton, in the County of King, in the State of
Washington.
This incident was captured on my body worn video camera and in-car cameras.This report is a summary of
events that occurred and is not an exact sequencing of events.
On 12/4/2025, at approximately 2136 hours I was dispatched to a report of a hit and run collision at the
intersection of NE 9th St and Field Ave NE to be taken by phone. Dispatch advised hit and run to RP's vehicle.
At approximately 2143 hours I called the RP, identified as Amanda J. Kiser DOB 2/22/1990.Amanda advised
the following. She was driving Unit 2 eastbound on NE 9th St and stopped at a four way stop at Field Ave NE.
Unit 1 was traveling southbound on Field Ave NE approaching the four way stop at 9th St NE. Unit 1 ran the
stop sign and started to turn westbound onto NE 9th St. Unit 1 took a wide turn and swerved into the
eastbound lane striking the front driver side of Unit 2 with the front driver side of Unit 1. Unit 1 then fled
westbound and turned north onto Duvall Ave NE. Unit 2 had damage to the front bumper and driver side
headlight.Amanda advised the suspect vehicle was a white SUV.The driver of Unit 1 was described as a white
male, brown hair wearing a blue or dark colored sweatshirt.

If the driver can be identified,there is probable cause for hit and run.
