Narrative
Unit 1: Cesar Rosendo Conde (DOB 12/12/2003) ; Toyota Prius (WA/CLF3193)
Unit 2: Yueyue Wang(DOB 10/19/1991) ;Toyota Camry(WA/CED9939)
On 12/08/2025 at approximately 1918 hours I was dispatched to an Accident at 1400 Talbot Rd
S, in the City of Renton, King County,WA.
Upon arrival, I spoke to Cesar Rosendo Conde (DOB 12/12/2003) and Yueyue Wang(DOB
10/19/1991). Conde was driving his Toyota Prius (WA/CLF3193). Wang was driving her Toyota
Camry(WA/CED9939).
The Camry was stopped in lane 3 (curb lane)just south of the 1405 on ramp.The Prius was
stopped on the curb, behind the Camry.
Wang informed me that she was traveling northbound on Talbot Rd S in lane 3 (curb lane). As
she was approaching the signal light,the Toyota Prius rear ended her from behind.Wang was
complaining of pain on her head, but declined medical aid.
I spoke to Conde through Language Line due to Conde only speaking Spanish. Conde informed
me that he was traveling northbound on Talbot Rd S, and Conde saw Wang rear end another
vehicle in front of her, causing Wang to come to an abrupt stop. Conde attempted to stop
immediately and turn to the right to avode striking Wang's vehicle, however he was unable
causing his vehicle to rear end Wang's vehicle. Conde advised that the unknown vehicle that
Wang struck left before police arrival.
Wang informed me that she did not rear end a vehicle in front of her.
There was heavy front-end damage to Conde's vehicle and was unable to drive under its own
power.There was heavy rear end damage to Wang's vehicle, causing the entire bumper to
detach.There was heavy front-end damage to Wang's vehicle however Wang advised that the
damage was there prior to this collision.
Conde advised that he did not have insurance. Conde's vehicle was impounded to Gene Meyer
Towing Lot. Conde did not have money to pay for his vehicle to be transported to his residence.
This incident occurred in the sCity of Renton,King County,Washington State.
