This memo is in lieu of our standard contract template which allows for signature by both
parties.
Attached for your review and signature is Amendment No. 1 to TAG-24-018 with Magnet
Forensics. This Amendment authorizes payment of Quote # Q-383942-1, in the amount of
$13,688.23, for the annual renewal of GrayKey licensing. The current renewal term is
02/01/2026 – 01/31/2027.
GrayKey is a mobile device forensics data system. It is used by the Police Department to
extract information from cell phones during investigations.
