approved plans and specifications pertaining thereto, subject to compliance with the Ordinance of the City of Renton.

In accordance with RCW 19.122.033(4) the permit holder is required to contact (Williams Northwest Pipeline at 425.868.1010)
(Olympic Pipeline at 425.235.7736) (Puget Sound Energy at 425.375.3397) to request a consultation with the transmission
pipeline company prior to performing any construction or excavation activities. This requirement to consult with the
transmission pipeline company is in addition to the requirement to Call before You Dig as required in RCW 19.122.

Conditions for Permit C24002123
Engineering
Condition #1 - Issuance of Civil Construction Permit C24002123 is for the purposes of final project final contractor
procurement. Construction shall not commence until written or verbal approval for construction activities is
provided by City Project Manager or Inspector upon satisfaction of Conditions 2-6. Additional information such as
contractor and subcontractor business licenses and insurance naming the City as additionally insured shall be
approved by City risk management and legal staff and in place prior to construction.
Condition #2 - A pre-construction meeting shall be held with the Applicant, Project Contractor, City
Representatives and Inspection Staff.
Condition #3 - All project construction and inspection fees shall be paid prior to scheduling of pre-construction
meeting.
Condition #4 - All temporary project entitlements (construction easements and/or property permissions) shall be in
place and copies provided to the City prior to construction activities occurring within those temporary project
entitlements.
Condition #5 - Project Public Agency Service Agreement shall be in place and executed.
Condition #6 - All outside agency permits or approvals such as Department of Ecology or Washington State
Department of Transportation shall be in place and provided to the City. Limited work based on relevant scopes
may be granted on portions of the project at the discretion of the City’s Project Manager in the event additional
outside agency permits or approvals are required or delayed.

Condition #18 - Book 3: Traffic control and detour plans not approved. Traffic control and detour plans affecting
City operations to be reviewed in conjunction with WSDOT approvals and may require further coordination.
