Door(s) Rear Collision 2025-00080725 Paqe 3 OF 5 Case Number 2025-00080725 Officer Narrative Narrative On 12/15/2025 at 1523 hours I was dispatched to the intersection of Monster Rd SW/68th Ave S, in the City of Renton, King County, Washington. I was responding to a report of a vehicle collision. While en route, dispatch advised the following:three vehicles involved, blocking but non-injury. Dispatch updated a short time later that one driver was experiencing chest pains and fire was added. At approximately 1532 hours, I arrived on scene and found all three vehicles and drivers, listed below. Note, the Unit number assignment refers to the order they were lined up on the road from north to south, not related to cause of collision. Unit 1 is a 2024 Toyota Rav4 (WA/CNF9091) driven by Sharum Sharif(DOB 04/07/1967, WA DL). Unit 2 is a 2012 Honda Civic (WA/CTX1407) driven by Doanni J. D. Duffy(DOB 03/11/1970, WA DL). Unit 3 is a 2014 Hyundai Sonata (WA/CPW3126) driven by Amina A.Aden (DOB 01/01/1997, WA DL). I interviewed all three drivers and all provided the same account.They were all northbound on Monster Rd SW approaching the point where it turns into 68th Ave S.There is also an intersection with Beacon Coal Mine Rd at that point. Sharif told me there were several cars in front of him, and one of them stopped suddenly to turn left onto Beacon Coal Mine Rd.The cars behind the turning vehicle had to suddenly stop. Sharif stopped in time, but the two cars behind him did not. Unit 2 struck the back of Unit 1, and Unit 3 struck the back of Unit 2. Unit 1 had a small crack on the rear bumper. Unit 2 had small bumper damage on the front, and moderate rear bumper damage. Unit 3 had the most significant damage to the front bumper,which was partially dragging on the ground. Unit 3 was towed at owner request. Units 1 and 2 were driven away by their owners. Sharif provided proof of insurance with Progressive#997002204. Aden was insured through Geico #6197-93-18-32. Duffy did not have insurance. I cited Duffy for operating a motor vehicle without insurance (cite 5A0232090) and told him it would be sent in the mail. I provided business cards with case numbers to all drivers. This concludes my involvement in this case.
