This memo is in lieu of our standard contract template which allows for signature by both
parties.
Attached for your review and signature is Amendment No. 1 to TAG-25-033 with ZOHO
Corporation. This Amendmentauthorizes payment of the attached quote, in the amount of
$2,029.52 ($1,840.00 plus tax), for the annual renewal of ManageEngine Patch Manager
Plus. The current subscription term is 01/10/2026– 01/09/2027.
Patch Manager is an automated software patch solution used by InformationTechnologyto
standardize and simplify timely updates to server operating systems and other software
solutions utilized by the city.
