This memo is in lieu of our standard contract template which allows for signature by both
parties.
Attached for your review and signature is Amendment No. 3ϙto TAG-24-02͒ϙwith Visix. This
Amendment authorizes payment of Quote # 43614, in the amount of $1,200.06 ($1,088.00
plus tax), for the addition of oneϙVisix Connectϙdevice.
Visix Connect software is used to show room availability, and providesϙreservation
capability, for City Hall conference rooms.
