Hello Jill,
Can I confirm that this project is taking place on parcel #1023059086, as referenced in SEPA #202505082? Their SEPA
checklist states they are leaving a standard 50-foot buffer for the off-site stream SE of the planned development, but I
don’t see a stream neighboring this parcel. Thank you for your time.
If there is a buffer reduction on a stream, we recommend a minimum of 100 ft buffer, where possible, to reduce
pollutants if our best available science or site potential tree height (196 ft SPTH) is unfeasible. Please let me know if you
have any questions. Thanks again.
