On 12/21/2025 at approximately 2012 hours, I responded to a hit and run accident which occurred near
735 Hardie Ave SW in the City of Renton, County of King, and the State of Washington.
The following information was collected via phone call with personal translator as registered owner and
victim, NOORI,ANWAR KHAN (DOB 09-14-1972)only spoke Dari.
Noori,the registered owner and sole occupant of Unit 2, a dark colored 2020 Honda Insight bearing the
License plate of(CSD8555)was involved in a hit and run accident.
He stated around 2000 hours he was involved in a hit and run when approaching the stop sign, on Hardie
Ave SW and Rainier Ave S.The vehicle traveling behind him failed to yield appropriately when he stopped
for the stop sign at the intersection. Noori stated after he got rearended, he exited the vehicle to
investigate.The suspect vehicle, Unit 1,was a black 2018 Dodge Charger bearing License plate of
(CDW6251),which Noori was able to collect a photo of.The driver was a white male, approximately 18 to
20 years of age with dark hair. Inside of the vehicle Noori noticed a passenger, a white female also
around 18 to 20 years of age.
They agreed to not impede the flow of traffic and pull over in the Walmart parking lot.
Noori proceeded to the parking Lot and Unit 1 sped off on 167.
Noori's vehicle sustained very minor damage to the rear bumper which did not consist of any visible
physical damage.There was an outline of the license plate in the dust.
Noori estimated his damage to be$2,000-$3,000 dollars.
Photographs of the estimated $2,000 were collected and a case number was provided to Noori.
Following all the above provided information I found the suspect vehicle,the 2018 Dodge Charger,
registered to a HERRERA-CARRANZA, CLAUDIA C (DOB 04-26-1983). Checking all other police
databases I was unable to find any further contact information for HERRERA-CARRANZA
Noori stated he would be able to visually identify the male driver.
If the male driver of Unit 1 is identified, I have developed probable cause for Attended Hit and Run (RCW

46.52.020 5)as driver of Unit 1 caused damage to Unit 2 and failed to provide his name, address,
insurance company, insurance policy number, and vehicle license number.
My involvement and phone conversations in this case were captured on my department-issued Axon
body camera.This report is a summary of events that occurred and is not an exact sequencing of events.
Statements have been paraphrased and summarized.At the time of this call, I was in a full police
uniform equipped with a Renton Police badge and police patches.
This concludes my involvement with this case.
