CASE 25-80917
This incident was NOT captured on my body worn video camera and/or in-car dash camera. This
report is a summary of events that occurred and is not an exact sequencing of events.
On Sunday December 21 st, 2025, at approximately 17:36, 1 responded to a 911 call regarding a
hit and run collision that occurred at Park Ave North and North Southport Dr within the City of
Renton, King County,Washington.
***CALL REMARKS: ON LK WASH BLVD IFO LOC,2 AGO, HIT/RUN, NO INJS.. RP FOLLOWING
SUSP VEH EB SUNSET BLVD.. SUSP VEH SIL HOND ACCORD @BEB8891.
I called the reporting party/registered owner Brianna M. Becton (DOB: 10.18.1992)who reported
the following; she was making a left turn onto North Southport Dr from Park Ave North when the
vehicle in the left next to her was also making a left turn side swiped her vehicle while they
making the left turn.The vehicle failed to stop and continued east bound on North Southport Dr.
She followed the vehicle and was able to take a photo of the license plate (BEB8891).
Brianna indicated she was not injured and her vehicle sustained damage along the drive side but
was still drivable. Brianna provided me her driver's license information over the phone and
indicated she had valid vehicle insurance. Brianna also had a valid driver's license per her DOL
return.
Brianna indicated she did not see who was driving the vehicle and would not be able to
identify/recognize the driver due it being dark out and raining. I ran a record check on the license
plate Briann provided,which returned to a 2002 gray Honda Accord registered to Siyayi
Mukungatu (DOB: 11.18.1955). Brianna's description of the vehicle matched the DOL return.
At approximately 19:26, 1 responded to Siyayi's DOL address (10415 Se 174th St,Apt#5367)to
attempt to contact her. I drove through the apartment complex parking lot searching for her
vehicle but was not able to locate it. I knocked on Siyayi's apartment door several times, but no
one answered the door, and I did not hear any movement inside.
This incident occurred in the sCity of Renton,King County,Washington State.

I provided Brianna the case number and indicated I would the document what she reported.
Due to the lack of evidence, not seeing Brianna's vehicle since she left the scene and requested
to file the report over the phone, Brianna not being able to identify the driver, and I wasn't able to
contact Siyayi I don't believe there is probable cause at this point.
This concludes my involvement in this case.
