Unless otherwise noted, all events took place in the City of Renton, in the County of King, in the
State of Washington.
This incident was captured on my body worn video camera and in-car cameras. This report is a
summary of events that occurred and is not necessarily an exact sequencing of events.
On 12/20/2025 at approximately 1053 hours, I was dispatched to a phone report of a hit and run
collision that occurred on 12/19 at The Spot located at 4224 East Valley Rd.The reporting party
identified herself as Yolanda F. McGhee DOB 10/31/1965 (verified WADL).
Upon contact,Yolanda stated that on 12/19 at approximately 1915 hours, she was driving her
brown 2015 Kia Sorento bearing WA LIC/BGD431, northbound on East Valley Rd in lane#2 near
the above listed location. Yolanda reported that a white truck, possibly a Jeep, pulled out of the
parking lot of The Spot white attempting to make a left turn to head south bound on East Valley
Rd.
Yolanda advised that the front end of the truck collided with her rear passenger side of her
vehicle, causing moderate damage to the rear quarter panel. Despite the damage, Yolanda was
stilt able to safety operate her vehicle and pulled over into a nearby parking lot.
The white truck continued southbound on East Valley Road and did not stop or return to
exchange information.Yolanda stated that her granddaughter was in the front passenger seat at
the time of the collision. However, no injuries were reported, and medical attention was not
required.
Yolanda was unable to obtain the license plate number or further identifying information of the
suspect's vehicle.
I responded to the call location and observed video surveillance cameras facing the
approximate area of the reported collision. Employees of the location advised that the manager
with access to the cameras was not on shift until Monday. I provided the employees with my

I provided Yolanda with an Axon link to upload photographs of the damage to her vehicle. She
was also given a case number for her reference.
At the time of this report, there is no suspect information available.
