Case Number 25-80936
On 12/22/2025 at approximately 0837 hours, I was dispatched to SW 19th St and Lind Ave SW within the City
of Renton, King County, Washington to a non-injury hit and run. Dispatch relayed over the radio that one of
the involved vehicles left the location without exchanging information.The reporting party who was later
identified by his WADOL as Dionisio Jose Rivera Julio DOB (11/22/1983)took a picture of unit 1's vehicle
license plate before it took off and it was identified as a gray 2017 Kia Sportage WA/LIC CMT9835 VIN#
KNDPM3ACXH7110232. Dionisio was no longer at the location and requested phone contact.
As I was calling Dionisio I noticed that his vehicle unit 2 identified as a red 2009 Nissa Versa WA/LIC CNJ1060
VIN#3N1BC13E19L462566 was parked in the top parking lot of the station so I decided to speak to him in
person. Dionisio said that he was driving northbound on Lind Ave SW when he noticed unit 1 was speeding
westbound on SW 19th ST. Dionisio continued driving northbound and thought unit 1 was going to slow down
but it continued westbound at a high rate of speed and then made a right turn at the intersection of Lind Ave
SE and SW 19th ST failing to give Dionisio that right of way. Dionisio slammed on his brakes but collided with
the driver's side of unit 1. Dionisio exited his vehicle and confronted the driver of unit 1 who came out of her
vehicle and told Dionisio in Spanish that it was his fault for crashing into her.The female driver then took a
picture of Dionisio's vehicle and entered the driver's side seat of unit land drove away without attempting to
exchange information. Dionisio quickly took a picture of unit 1's license plate and provided it to dispatch.
There was minor damage to both vehicles and Dionisio was not injured. Dionisio described the driver of unit 1
as a medium sized Hispanic female with short brown hair who is in her early 20's or younger. If seen again
Dionisio said that he would be able to recognize her. Dionisio provided me with a valid WA driver's license and
valid auto insurance. I provided Dionisio with my business card with the case number and cleared the location.
The registered owner of unit 1 was identified as Erika Yuliana Soto Vera DOB (03/06/1997), looking at Erika's
WADOL photo she matches the description that Dionisio gave but it is unknown if she was the driver at the
time of the collision.
This concludes my involvement with this case.
