NARRATIVE
25-80930
This report is a summary of events that occurred and is not an exact sequencing of events.
Statements have been paraphrased and summarized.
On 12/22/2025 at approximately 0745 hours, myself, Officer R. Watson, was dispatched to an
accident with unknown details, at the intersection of Nile AVE NE ad NE 10th ST, within the City
Limits of Renton, County of King, State of Washington.
Dispatch notes stated that there were two vehicles involved, a silver Altima and black truck, unknown
injuries, blocking the intersection.
When I arrived on scene, there was a truck in the roadway facing northbound on Nile AVE NE, with
three people walking around and a gray sedan with three people standing by it on the east side of NE
10th ST intersection
Unit#1 driven by Edith Pedraza-Grijalva (DOB 02/05/1962) verified by WA DOL photo, stated she
was driving a Gray 2015 Nissan Altima, WA plate BDV5443. There were no other occupants in the
vehicle. Edith said that she came to a stop at the stop sign on the west side the NE 10TH ST/Nile
AVE NE intersection. She said she then cleared the intersection of any vehicles but when she was
crossing over, she felt unit#2 was going to fast and collided with the rear right side of her vehicle.
Edith said she was not injured and declined aid. When I asked for Edith's license, registration and
insurance she was able to provide me with her insurance and registration but said she did not have a
license, only a WA State ID card. Unit#1 had significant damage to the right rear of the vehicle, no
airbag deployment and was not able to be driven from the scene. Unit#1 was towed by Bankers
Towing from the scene.
Unit#2 driven by Noel E. Sarceno-Barrera (DOB 02/14/1985) verified by WA DOL photo, stated he
was driving a White 2012 Ford F450, WA plate C12215Y. There were two other occupants in the
vehicle who did not identify themselves. Noel said that he was traveling northbound on Nile AVE NE
when unit#1 came through the stop sign in front of him and he was unable to stop in time. Noel and
his passenger all said they were not injured and declined aid. When I asked for Noel's license,
registration and insurance he was able to provide me with all documents. Unit#2 had moderate front
end damage, no airbag deployment and was able to be driven from the scene.
An exchange of information was completed and provided to each party. Pictures were uploaded to
Evidence.com and a citation was given to the driver of unit#1, citation #5A0823422, for driving
without a valid license with ID.
