SUBJECT: “On Hold” Notice – Bo De Temple/LUA25-000326, CU-H
To Whom It May Concern:
Thank you for your email dated October 16, 2025. Please find below the additional
information for your review. We kindly ask that you review the materials and let us
know if you have any further questions. We hope to receive your approval so we can
complete the landscaping project at Bo De Temple by the end of 2025.
In Phase 2 of the project, we plan to remove the English Laurel hedge currently
serving as a fence along SE Petrovitsky Road.
The expected number of attendees for weekly services averages 25, with a
maximum of 40 at any given time.
Bicycle parking is located to the right of the main hall entrance, as shown in the
attached photo and revised site plan. It can accommodate approximately 5 to 11
bicycles.
Attached are the Tree Retention Plan and Credit Worksheet. This plan will be
implemented during Phase 1 of the landscaping work, pending your review and
approval.
