We are closing out the permit review now and finalizing the plans this week. There will be a few conditions that will need to be addressed post-issuance; however, we are tracking for

by the City on the Applicant’s behalf.
I am currently working on the final invoice and will have that to you this week. Payment must be received prior to commencement of the Pre-Construction Meeting. You can pay the invoice
on the First Floor of City Hall or online prior to the Meeting. Please bring the Receipt from Finance to the Pre-Construction Meeting so that we can verify the invoice has been paid.
