SUBJECT:Annual Renewal of Rubrik Enterprise Edition
This memo is in lieu of our standard contract template which allows for signature by both
parties.
Attached for your review and signature is Amendment No. 1 to TAG-25-036 with Trace3.
This Amendmentauthorizespayment of Quote # Trace3.175485.v3, in the amount of
$133,673.47, for the annual renewal of Rubrik Enterprise Edition. The current renewal term
is 01/28/20026 –01/27/2027.
Rubrik Enterprise Edition is licensing and support for our data backup and recovery
solution. Itprovides enhanced visibility into where sensitive data is stored and when its
disposition changes between backups. It also includes robust threat monitoring and threat
hunting of our backups, threat containment and anomaly detection, and assistance from
detection to complete recovery.
