DLState DLExp Address Primary Phone&Type AdditionalContact Number&Type Additional Contact Number&Type Race Sex DOB- Height Weight Even Hair Collision 2025-00081098 Paqe 2 OF 4 Case Number 2025-00081098 Officer Narrative Narrative 25-81098 On 12-28-2025 at approximately 2009 hours I was dispatched to Fred Meyer located at 17801 108th Ave SE in the City of Renton, County of King, State of Washington to a hit and run report to be handled by phone. Initial call details noted that at 1920 hours, hit and run with no injuries.The suspect vehicle was a black or blue Hyundai Tucson with plate#CKE9772. The above plate was registered to a Ira F. Dunbar(DOB 07-02-1957) out of Kent. I contacted the reporting party,verbally identified as Andrew J. Seo (DOB 03-30-1987), via phone. He advised his daughter, verbally identified as Saiorse M. Hood (DOB 04-15-2008),was at the above listed Fred Meyer. She had come outside, and a witness had advised she had observed the collision and had written the license plate of the suspect vehicle (above Hyundai Tucson). Andrew said Saiorse did not get the witnesses information. Saiorse had taken photos of her vehicle, red 2012 Hyundai Elantra with WA plate#CHR8027. I sent Andrew an Axon link to upload the photos of his vehicle which he did.The damage was to the driver side rear bumper. Andrew was not sure exactly when the collision occurred but estimated it to be around 1920 hours.Andrew said Saiorse had parked in front of the store entrances but was not sure exactly which one. After reviewing the photos he uploaded, it appeared Saiorse had parked on the east side of the complex in front of the east doors. Andrew confirmed with me that there was no left with contact information for the other involved driver. I later responded to Fred Meyer to look at video footage. I spoke with a security officer who advised loss prevention had gone home already. I provided him with a business card and requested they check the camera footage. Andrew advised he would be willing to assist with prosecution if a driver could be identified. During this incident, I was equipped with a body-worn camera,which records both audio and video.This report is merely a summary of the incident and is not intended to be an exact transcription of the entire investigation or what may have been captured with the recording system. l declare under penalty of perjury under the laws of the State of Washington that the foregoing is true and correct.
