Please note, the address for King County Parcel Number 3542300030 has been changed, and a new address has
been added for a new detached accessory dwelling unit:
Old Address: 2624 NE 20th St
NEW SFR Address: 2009 Glennwood Ave NE
NEW DADU Address: 2011 Glennwood Ave NE (to be located in northwest corner of parcel).
The owner has removed the driveway off NE 20th St, built a new driveway off Glennwood Ave NE, created a new
front door facing Glennwood Ave NE, and fenced off the property along NE 20th St.
