RENTON HEARING EXAMINER RENTON, WASHINGTON
A hybrid public hearing will be held by the Renton Hearing Examiner on January 13, 2026 at 11:00 AM conducted in-person and virtually using Zoom to consider the following petition:
Renton High School Replacement and Site Expansion, LUA25-000343 Location: 400 S 2nd St (APN 0007200060 and abutting acquisition parcels) The applicant, the Renton School District, is
requesting Preliminary and Final Planned Urban Development approval, a Conditional Use Permit, a lot combination, and a street vacation to reconstruct and expand the Renton High School
campus.
