The parties have been unable to reach settlement, and the stipulated continuance applied to the
City’s reply in the original scheduling order would expire on Friday December 26, 2025.
The City thereby submits the attached reply to ION’s response in the above titled matter.

I serve as the City of Renton Hearing examiner and will be adjudicating the Ion Renton LLC
appeal. I'm in receipt of the Motion to Dismiss as attached to the emails of this email
chain. appellant response to the City's motion is due by 11/21/25. City reply by
11/26/25. all briefing must be emailed to all parties to this email.
