On December 31, 2025, at 1444 hours dispatch requested that I contact a victim of a hit and run collision that
occurred at 1612 Index Ct SE, in the city of Renton, County of King, and State of Washington.The reporting
party/owner, identified by their WADL as a Kim T. Chi (11/29/1980), reported that an unknown person drove
their vehicle into her fence.The vehicle then fled the scene without leaving their contact or insurance
information.
Upon contact, Kim explained that she currently rents the home located at 1612 Index Ct SE. Kim told me that
while her tenants were out of town, an unknown vehicle struck the fence located in the backyard nearest to
Lake Youngs Way SE. She stated that after viewing the damage, it appears that the unknown vehicle was
possibly traveling westbound on Lake Youngs Way SE. She suspects this because of the wheel tracks left in the
grass.
Axon photographs were requested and attached to this case.
Kim is currently attempting to locate any additional information from her surrounding neighbors but is not
sure of the time frame in which the collision occurred. Kim stated she would clarify that timeline with her
tenants.
Currently,there is no suspect information or any other evidence.
Based on the information above,this case is an information report only, so it will be closed RTF.
