On behalf of Schneider Family Homes, LLC, we are submitting the formal application for a Preliminary Short
Plat of the property referenced above. The project is proposed as a preliminary short plat of four (4)
residential lots that will be developed with four (4) single-family homes. It will include tracts for landscaping,
access and drainage facilities, and open space/tree retention/Native Growth Protection Area. Water service
will be provided by Soos Creek Water and Sewer District via an interlocal agreement or similar mechanism.
Sewer service will be provided by the City of Renton.
This submittal is provided as a complete application for the permit review noted above with all items listed
in the submittal checklist, as applicable. As listed in the Short Plat Submittal Requirements Checklists, the
