RENTON HEARING EXAMINER RENTON, WASHINGTON
A public hearing will be held by the Renton Hearing Examiner on January 20, 2026 at 11:00 AM by means of the Zoom Webinar to consider the following petition:
Windsor Court Plat, LUA25-000148 Location: 19411 108th Ave SE and 19505 108th Ave SE (APNs 6623400232; 6623400233) The applicant requests Preliminary Plat approval, Environmental Review
(SEPA), and Site Plan Review to subdivide a 111,381 sq ft (2.56 acre) site into 20 single family lots and two tracts (Tracts A and B).
