Senior assistant city attorney Tuttle requested I send this to the clerk’s office to start an appeal for
a dangerous dog declaration. This will be the second appeal as the dog was initially declared
dangerous. Please see the initial case attached and two voicemails that were emailed to me
requesting an appeal to the original finding.
