We just need the Hearing Examiner to review the materials and render a decision. I think the request for an appeal should be sent to Phil, with a reference to the code section we’re dealing with, and just explain to him that these are super rare and ask how he wants to handle it. Steve is right that there’s no timeline per city code, so whenever Phil wants to hold the hearing is fine with us. Given the timeline at the end of the year here, I am in no hurry. I am out of town that week however code says that it shall be in appellate capacity only with the record being limited to what was already considered so I would not need to be there anyway.
