Construction Mitigation
A detailed construction mitigation plan will be developed at a later date when the general contractor
has been selected.
The proposed construction schedule, depending on permitting, is to begin in the summer of 2026.
Construction is anticipated to take approximately 10 months to complete.
Hours of operation and traffic measures will conform to city requirements and standard practice.
Earthwork on the project is minimum, so hauling of fill or excavated material is not expected to be a
significant issue.
