The Department of Community and Economic Development is in receipt of your January 5, 2026 request for
reconsideration related to the Allura at Tiffany Park Tree Removal Routine Vegetation Management Permit
issued on December 22, 2025. The department will not process this reconsideration and the permit decision
noted above is final as the request was not made by a party of record.
Pursuant to Renton Municipal Code 4-8-100I.2, only a person made party of record to the decision is entitled
to request a reconsideration. Based on the attached permit file’s party of record list, Kahlil Khan is not a
listed name, and therefore your request lacks standing for a reconsideration.
