Draft Right-of-Way Dedication Description
City of Renton Planning Department:
WSADA is proposing to dedicate a portion of TPN 3340404805 to the City of Renton for the SW 12th
Street right-of-way. The dedication will include the southerly 4.5 feet parallel to the northerly right-of-way
line of SW 12th Street of the parcel described below:
Lots 21, 22, 23, 24 and 25, Block 28, C.D. Hillman's Earlington Gardens Addition to the City of
Seattle, Division No. 1, according to the plat thereof recorded in volume 17 of plats, page 74,
records of King County, Washington.
Situate in NW Quarter of Section 19, Township 23N, Range 05E, in the City of Renton, King
County, Washington.
The right-of way dedication documents are not yet completed, but will be submitted for review prior to
final approval of the permit documents and recorded. Please feel free to contact our office if you have
