This report is a summary of events that occurred and is not an exact sequencing of events.Statements have been paraphrased and summarized.At the time of this call my body worn camera was activated. On 1/7/2026, 1 was dispatched to South Puget Drive and Benson Road South for a report of a hit and run collision that occurred. I arrived on scene and saw 2017 black Jeep Cherokee WA plate CJC8064 stopped in the right-hand lane facing westbound on Puget Drive South right before the stop light. I also observed that the vehicles right front tire appeared to be flat and falling off the rim. I contacted the victim and driver Anastasia V Pigareva (DOB 07/15/1999). Anastaisa stated she had been driving westbound on Puget Drive South.Anastaisa said a gray Honda accord swerved into her lane from the left-hand lane, at the intersection of Royal Hills Ave SE and Puget Drive South. Anastaisa stated that she thought the vehicle had hit her,which caused her to hit the curb popping her tire and damaging her rim. There did not appear to be any damage on the driver's side of Anatasia's vehicle.The suspect driver was in a 2010 gray Honda Accord bearing WA plate CSY9833.Anatasia was unable to make out the gender, race or age of the driver, and last saw the vehicle headed northbound on Benson Road South. I took photos of the damaged tire and the vehicle and later uploaded them to evidence.com. I provided Anatasia with a business card with a case number.Anatasia was able to driver her car to nearby gas station where she called AAA for a tow.The suspect vehicle came back registered to a business out of This incident occurred in the sCity of Renton,King County,Washington State. !declare underpenalty of perjury under the laws of the State of Washington that the foregoing is true and correct.
