Narrative
U1 was traveling west on N. 4th St in the#3 (middle)travel lane, approaching Park Ave N.
U2 was also traveling west on N. 4th St next to U1 in the#4 (far left)travel lane, approaching Park Ave N.
As U2 was entering the intersection, U1 attempted to turn left from the middle travel lane, unto Park Ave N and
collided with U2. The force of the collision caused minor to moderate damage to U1. U2 sustained disabling
damage and was towed from the scene by private tow.
U1 driver complained of a headache but decline medical attention.
U1 driver will be issued a citation for Inattentive Driving, a violation of RMC 10-12-25 (Sector citation
#6A0114828)
This incident occurred in the sCity of Renton,King County,Washington State.
