Officer Narrative
Narrative
On 01-10-2026 at about 1339 hours, I was sent to a hit and run collision which occurred in the 200
block of Sunset Blvd N, with in the City of Renton, King County, Washington.
Upon arrival I spoke with the reporting person Emily Vukmir. Emily said she was the driver of unit 2
and was identified via a WADS. She said she was driving in lane 2 stopped in traffic. Unit 1 which was
behind her changed lanes from lane 2 to lane 3 and hit the rear driver side of her vehicle and left.
She held her horn down continuously, but the other vehicle did not stop and left onto Hwy 405.
Emily said the driver appeared to be an elderly female with gray hair and looked middle eastern. She
does not know if she will be able to identify her.
She said she had a video of the vehicle leaving and the license plate. The suspect vehicle was a Tesla
with license plate CKV8500. I sent her an Axon link to upload video.
Follow up needs to be done to get driver and insurance information. The suspect vehicle should have
camera footage since it was a Tesla.
