(HRA) has been working with RSD to conduct archaeological research, investigation, and monitoring on the Project Area throughout the duration of design and construction. HRA was also hired to conduct a built environment inventory and prepare a report for DAHP. •Archaeology Work Plan, Report, Addenda, and MIDP have been submitted to DAHP and Tribes for review and comment (DAHP Project Number 2024-05-03846). •Built Environment Report recommended that (4) resources on the existing RHS campus are eligible for the National Register of Historic Places. No other resources were deemed to be eligible. DAHP indicated concurrence with HRA recommendation. •DAHP Archaeological Permit Submittal is being prepared for review, with proposed mitigation strategies included. This submittal will include reference to mitigation strategies for the built environment. •Archaeological impacts have been referenced in all SEPA Submittals to date. •Tribes have been invited to observe all ground disturbance activity on the project to-date and have been on-site to contribute on several occasions. •Contractors are receiving archaeological awareness training as part of their site introduction to the project. RENTON HIGH SCHOOL PUD STAFF REPORT COMMENTS •SEPA Process completed on Jan. 2, 2026. No appeals filed. •Construction timeline – Students in Fall of 2029 (Finding 12/page 8) •Cut and Fill quantity revisions – Finding 11/Page 8 •40,000 CY Fill •4,900 CY Cut •ROW Vacation - affect to project if denied THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME!
