FITNESS 19 Renton WA Project Narrative
Located at 3208 Sunset BLVD in Renton Washington, this FITNESS 19 facility
will finish out right around 28,500sf.
The interior will oƯer a dynamic, energetic fitness environment focusing on
strength, cardiovascular, and stretching. The strength floor will be one of the
most extensive equipment packages in the northwest-for sure the most
current. Upon entry, you are immediately drawn to the dynamic use of
colored LED lighting along the curved walkways as well as the branding and
large televisions.
Each locker room will contain their own dry saunas, showers, toilets, and
sinks as well as lockers and changing areas. On the strength floor there will
also be day-use “cubbie” lockers, a safe place to lock up your purse, wallet or
other personal belongings. The front desk provides an appropriate greeting
area as well as general club view point.
The special “leg room” is located in a semi-separated area oƯ the main
strength. This room, which was made famous in the Fitness 19 West Seattle
location, boasts a unique layout of strength equipment that focuses on both
structural strength and leg strength.
There are 2 separate stretching areas-and as a unique oƯering a special semi-
private posing room. This room is both “Instagram-perfect” as well as a
reflection studio for those elite athletes.
