This memo is in lieu of our standard contract template which allows for signature by both
parties.
Attached for your review and signature is a TAG packet with Ricoh (paid via USBank –
OneCard). The packet authorizes payment, in the amount of $3,646.50, for two FusionPro
Creator Subscriptions($1,650.00 each plus tax). The current renewal term is 01/09/2026 –
01/08/2027.
FusionPro Creator is used by the Print Shop to assist withprint jobs.
