Narrative
On 01/12/2026 at 0750 hours I was dispatched to Talbot Rd S/S 21st St, in the City of Renton, King County,
Washington. I was responding to a report of a collision.
While en route, dispatch advised the following:two vehicle accident, reporting party complaining of back and
neck pain.The other driver exchanged info then left with the reporting party's permission.
In this report, Unit 1 refers to a white 2018 Toyota 4Runner(WA/BMC2725), driven by Daniella Estrada (DOB
12/30/1986, DOS photo). Unit 2 refers to a white 2025 Nissan Murano (WA/CUX6578), driven by Mona R.
Turner(DOB 07/25/1991, WA DQ.
At approximately 0755 hours, I arrived on scene and found Unit 2 pulled off the road with significant rear end
damage.The liftgate and rear bumper were cavitated in about 6-12 inches. Renton Fire was assessing Turner,
and told me she would not be transported to the hospital.Turner told me she was stopped at a red light
controlling northbound traffic on Talbot Rd S. It was not a sudden stop and there was already a line of cars
stopped for the light.After she stopped, Unit 1 struck her from behind.Turner complained of back and neck
pain from the collision.
Units 1 and 2 pulled off the road and exchanged information. Estrada then left for work.Turner remained on
scene to speak to police and fire.Turner showed me photos of the damage to the front end of Unit 1,
corroborating her account of getting rear ended.Turner provided Estrada's contact and insurance information.
I showed Turner Estrada's DOS photo and she confirmed that Estrada was the other driver. I later called
Estrada to confirm the information was correct.
Both drivers had valid licenses and insurance. I gave the case number to both drivers.
This concludes my involvement in this case.
